AI is not being adopted because people want to improve. It is being driven by rising expectations and pressure, changing behaviour more than capability.

AI is increasing output, but reducing the space where real judgement is built. The result is faster teams, but not better decisions.

AI is not improving performance. It is removing the variation that used to hide how people actually think, decide, and perform under pressure.
